We recently had the good fortune of having Michael come to our home to transfer everything over from our old computer to our new one. We found him to be quick to respond, right on time and very knowledgeable. We are older and he was patient and kind when explaining what he was doing. He was very outgoing and friendly. He was also able to help us with getting boosters we purchased to work correctly. He took his time with us and made certain that when he was finished we had no further questions or concerns.
